What’s Not Covered

While we provide industry-leading coverage, certain exclusions apply to ensure clarity and fairness:

• Acts of Nature - Damage caused by rain, hail, flooding, fire, tornadoes, hurricanes, or falling trees/objects is not covered under warranty.
• Structural Damage - We do not cover existing or future structural damage (interior or exterior) caused by animal entry or attempts—this includes:
  • Roofs, soffits, or chimneys
  • HVAC units, pool equipment, or plumbing
  • Wiring for alarms, internet, cable, etc.
  • Lawns, decks, outdoor furniture
• Specific Home Types - On Pier & Beam foundations or tile roofs (Spanish or otherwise), we will only warranty the specific areas we seal or repair.
