CRITTER ONE – SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Critter One offers several convenient payment methods:
“Completion of Work” occurs when the agreed-upon structural exclusion, sealing, and repair work has been physically installed.
Completion is based solely on installation of the exclusion work and is **not dependent on wildlife activity stopping, trap removal, follow-up visits, or the warranty period**.
Upon Completion of Work, Critter One will issue the final invoice and may immediately charge the remaining balance, including approved change orders, to the payment method on file.
Critter One reserves dedicated crew time specifically for your project.
A $250 scheduling deposit is required to reserve an appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible by phone, text, or email so we can assist you.
Critter One will perform the services described in the approved estimate.
Services may include:
Only the **areas specifically identified and repaired in the approved estimate** are included in the scope of work.
When trapping or wildlife removal is required, Critter One will service traps and monitor wildlife activity until activity has been eliminated or reduced to normal exterior wildlife presence.
Trap checks and monitoring may require multiple visits and will occur during normal business operations.
Critter One provides a **15-month limited re-entry guarantee** on areas repaired, sealed, or modified under the original scope of work.
The warranty period begins on the date the work is completed.
If wildlife re-enters the structure **through an area repaired or sealed by Critter One**, we will return to inspect the structure and repair or reinforce the affected area at no additional cost during the warranty period.
Response to warranty calls will typically be provided within **48 hours during normal business days**, excluding weekends and holidays.
Critter One’s obligation under this guarantee is limited to inspection and repair of the areas originally treated by Critter One.
Wildlife is naturally occurring in outdoor environments. While Critter One takes extensive measures to identify and repair potential entry points, no service can guarantee that wildlife will never attempt to access a structure in the future.
The purpose of exclusion work is to prevent wildlife from entering the structure through the areas repaired or reinforced, not to eliminate wildlife from the surrounding environment.
This guarantee applies **only to the specific areas repaired, sealed, or modified by Critter One under the original scope of work**.
The guarantee does not cover:
Pier and beam homes, tile roofs, or other specialized construction types are warranted only for the specific work performed by Critter One.
Critter One is not responsible for past, present, or future interior or exterior structural damage caused by wildlife. This includes but is not limited to damage to roofs, chimneys, lawn furniture, HVAC equipment, wiring, or cable lines.
Critter One will provide follow-up service visits as needed to address wildlife activity related to the original scope of work.
If repeated service visits indicate that the issue is caused by:
additional repairs or service fees may be required.
Critter One reserves the right to perform a full structural reinspection if wildlife activity persists after multiple service visits.

Failure to maintain the property in reasonable condition may void the guarantee.
Customer agrees to provide Critter One access to the property during normal business hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Failure to provide access at scheduled times may result in a $75 service charge.
Customer is responsible for vandalism, theft, or damage to any equipment or materials left on the property during the duration of service.
If a service call is requested and the source of the issue is determined to be non-wildlife related, a service fee of $75 may be assessed.

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, the following conditions apply:
Before initiating any chargeback, legal claim, complaint with a regulatory agency, or public review related to the services provided, the customer agrees to first notify Critter One and allow the company a reasonable opportunity to inspect the property and attempt to resolve the concern.
Critter One’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for the original services performed.
This agreement may be renewed for an additional 12-month protection period for an agreed annual fee. Renewal inspections may be required.
